I have some Questions (I am a Beginner)

    Hey Guys,

    so i read about 'PMO'. Many people told in the internet about the benefits and how great they feel etc. I still have some weird questions that are important for me:

    - After 90 days of NoFap, do you still want to masturbate or do you think differently about 'wanking off'?

    - Would be there any problems if my GF gives me a Handjob?

    - What about sex? It still is something like masturbation and orgasmn, isn't it?

    - Is it true that the penis is growing while NoFap?

    Everyone is different. If you're asking about urges, I still have urges to watch porn even after over a year without watching it. I'm sure it will go away eventually, but it takes a lot of time.

    That's a personal question. It really depends on what your goals are. Some people like to just abstain from using porn (that's me), others like to cut out both porn and masturbation (even masturbation without porn). Others still like to cut out porn, masturbation, and orgasm (even from sex, oral sex, or handjobs) for 90 days. It all depends on what your personal goals are, and I encourage you to experiment with different options. If you and your girlfriend still want to do sexual stuff together during your 90 day reboot, I'd say go for it. If it doesn't work out, you can always try again with different goals.
