    I was this close to relapse yesterday
    Sad thing is I am not seeing any improvement in my anxiety and confidence
    Now my next target is 30 days

    No.....I just read a book regarding porn addiction
    It really teaches us why we watch porn

    I’m around the same place. Also shooting for 30. Getting really hard to stay focused. Lots of physical and psychological discomfort. We can do this though!
