Nope not at all. They wont fuck up your progress. They are natural.
You can see it as something good.
Your body needed to get rid of it without you jerking yourself so good work.

But why though? I’ve been pondering over this for quite some time now. How is masturbation any different from wet dreams? Of course it’s involuntary and all but the process is still the same right? The important part is ejaculation which happens in both cases.

It actually improves your body and mind. It makes you feel like a little teenager again. Also you will realise that you feel that your brain heals a few minutes or hours after a wet dream.

That's totally false, stop spreading misinformation, nobody feels like a teenager after a wet dream, when I had ones I felt drained after waking up and so many others

There's a loss of energy if you have a sexual dream, and even a small one without a sexual dream, there's nothing that can be done, you have to get rid of sleep, a sleeping man is a dead man, wet dream frequency can be reduced by reducing sexual thoughts in waking state, but you are still paying for all the porn/masturbation and sexual intercourse you had for the rest of your life, unless you get rid of sleep which some mystics achieve.

Yes the part about feeling drained after a wet dream is correct. But after a couple of hours I personally felt that my brain feels fixed. So wet dreams are beneficial to answer the gentleman's questions. They don't hinder progress in no way

I've recently had a wet dream today and I still sleep excessively (around 9-11 hours on the weekends), problems that I want to eradicate. I pray the Holy Rosary daily, but I realize that I need to change something deep within me. How do I go about reducing sleep and wet dreams in a healthy way?

Pray god before night to protect you, 9-1 hrs is way too much sleep, eat lightly before going to bed

I have a morning prayer, which includes praying the Holy Rosary, and an evening prayer, where I ask for GOD's forgiveness for sins committed in the day and to protect me when I go to sleep. I have also removed a lot of negative influences in my life but, for whatever reason, my subconscious is still sex crazed.

One of my own issues that I am trying to work through is my sleep schedule; I usually sleep so much because I don't have a set time of when I wake up or go to sleep. Balancing school, work, family, friends and religious obligations usually has me up all night. Ideally, I would like to function off of 6 hours of sleep but my schedule isn't stable enough for that. What are some tools that I could use to not need sleep so much?
