Ok, I have been hanging around the 21 day challenge for far too long with no success. Time to start again and build from the ground up. 3 day challenge, I have already succeeded here once. I can do it again. Bring on day 1!
Hello. Day 0/3. I'm really disappointed in myself right now, two months ago I've made a new record(60 days) then 4(week, 2 weeks, 3 days) relapses and here we go again after next 2 weeks. You know guys what's the worst? I've experienced all the benefits yet I'm greedy. I want all the benefits and the pleasure from PMO, for Christ's Sake.. Unfortunately you can't have your cake and eat it at the same time.
Since i've some issue to succeed the 7 days challenge, i'll do it step by step by doing this 3 days challenge first so... Day 0/7.
0/3 Just gonna try this challenge again I suppose. It's hard staying motivated when remembering positive feelings associated with PMO and without any access to a long-distance gf who seems distant emotionally as well. Hard to to fight the "why not" feeling. It's also hard to be positive when you've been sick for 6 days and you really want to dance but don't want to get your partners sick too. big oof
