Please whoever had incest during your childhood, let us know I think incest or childhood forced sex is a primary reason for PMO. Share some experiences in your life. I've had with a couple of cousins, neighbor girl, neighbor shop owner, etc Most of them used to use me.
No doubt it has an affect, not only on PMO but on other aspects as well. I would say it makes it more complicated than dealing with self inflicted pmo issues.
They could have been much worse than they were. Mostly just touching and things of that nature. But things like that plant a seed in the mind. Most I did not remember until this journey began for me.
Me too I was sexually harassed by a sister when she hit puberty and I was just 8. From there it went to involving a cousin, fortunately it was never real sex but she made me do certain things I'd rather not think back to. I definitely do think it 'primed' me to become fascinated and obsessed with sex.
What happened between you and a couple of cousins may not have been incestuous. Generally, it refers to intercourse between a parent and their child or between siblings. Certainly a neighbour and shop owner were not incestuous. You're from the US, so it depends on which state you were in when the deed was done.
