You can probably edit your counter (click your counter, enter password and there you should be able to tick a box to display your goal) The option suddenly appeared for me , while not being there when I first created my counter. Hope this helps!

i used to be on fb but deactivated it staying away from social networks is one way to avoid porn. as you scroll down your newsfeed on fb u might end up seeing a half naked woman, which could be the trigger to make you watch porn... just give it a thought
how are you guys doing? today is one of those days that i want to relapse! yes, it does feel like i´m loosing something that I REALLY WANT! but been there done that, and want to break the vicious cycle! therefore i´m here! taking deep breath! heheheh i do notice, that after 5 days of no PMO, this morning i woke up full energized, and are starting to feel more creative in my work, since i´m getting more inspired effortlessly! is like the sexual drive is also creative drive...though is still to short of a time to really make a good call on what´s happening!
Day 4 complete. I think its getting easier but I don't want to get to confident because that can lead down a bad road. Keep your guard up. Had a busy week at school so that helped
