I've gathered a bunch of threads about this together in a journal post here: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/tims-journey.78164/page-6#post-1126070 There's plenty of tips, techniques, and motivations to read up on in those threads. The techniques I have adopted are these:

Jesus Christ, just look at them for crying out loud!
No you don't look at them because you don't look at porn, you look at them because you're a straight man. It's your biology's way of telling you "STOP WASTING TIME AND START A FAMILY!".

As long as you don't blatantly stare at an ass for a minute what's the big deal? You're not a creep and follow them right? So why not look at a beautiful girl on the street and enjoy her beauty for the brief seconds when she steps into your life. She'll be gone, half a minute later you'll have forgotten about her and life goes on. All that happened is that you had a brief nice moment.

  7. I agree. Part of healing is getting to the point in which we can appreciate beauty in a healthy way. Repressing the sex drive is not the way to health. The problem for a lot of us is that a temporary attraction leads to an obsessive fantasy that sticks in our minds long after the attractive woman is gone from our field of vision. Acknowledging that a woman you see on the street is attractive is not bad, it's not a relapse, it doesn't even have to lead to a relapse. It's what you do with that moment moving forward that determines whether you relapse. But acknowledging your attraction to someone, then moving on with your day and your life, this trains your brain to not automatically revert to the old cycle of trigger-->PMO. I believe that a part of any successful reboot is learning to deal with beautiful women entering our field of vision, because it WILL happen.
