Oi buddy...it’s good to see someone so young acknowledging their problem and trying to reform...you’ve taken the first positive step which many of us have realised years later...you’ve got your whole life in front of you...don’t just waste it away to mind numbing fapping...set goals...academically,personally...you’ve got so much time at your disposal which can be used meaningfully...in this day and age,technology is like an double edged sword...there is so much to learn and gain with this gift of Internet...use it wisely young fella...don’t waste your days...improve yourself...maintain a journal...remind yourself at times of why you started this in the first place..forget language being a barrier and stuff...just write your heart out...try to change the way you look at women...you know it’s wrong...ask yourself if this is the way you’d want someone else to look at the womenfolk of your household...once you start seeing them with respect you’d automatically see the changes...good luck buddy

 

Keep coming back and keep sharing. I wish NoFap had existed when I was 14 and I might have had a chance to live a life PMO free. I'm 60 and still struggling with this monster.

I'm grateful for NoFap and the community. Today I was really feeling the urge to PMO, but I came here instead.

I have a choice and I can always choose life! Make a decision to stop and when the thought or urge to act out hits you, realize you're stronger than the thought. Tell yourself - I'm better than PMO and then think about something else.
