    Hello Everybody.....
    I am a 20 yeas old student from India.I am new to this community.My situation was the last situation of a masturbate addicted one.Anyone can say easily that I am a addicted by watching my face. I am the most fallen one.Before reach this community called NoFap I was trying to give up masterbation.I do everythings to stop this addiction. Even God Promise does not work. I cant stay 10days without masterbate.But i cant do real sex yet.I am a very thin person.I masterbate twice a day. ITS ENOUGH......

    Now I want to change myself. I want to achieve my dreams .This is the last try I want to do for give up masterbation because I was trying many times to stop this.I want to Worship NoFap until I reach my Goal.The time is about some years.
    Old NoFap user please Give me your Blessings & suggestions to succeed in my life, I heard that who are in this stage are similar to a Monk...So Blessings are powerful...

    Hey rare one. I'm on day 34 of no pmo(porn, masterbation, orgasm). The things that have helped me are staying away from things that get me aroused: like certain TV shows, and deleting social media from my phone. Whenever I feel like I want to relapse, I think to myself:
    1. Will I regret it after?
    2. Is the pleasure I get from it REALLY with it?
    3. Just think about how good I'll feel once I've reached my goal

    Reading the success stories on the forums here also help a lot

    It is 31 December 2019, I am standing in my favourite place and I have a good weight, everyone can see I'm not an addict, I have been free from PMO for 10 months. I am a man who is full of energy and my balls are full and I am looking at the beautiful woman of my dreams. And she is looking up to me as her man.

    Welcome and good luck, after a month of nofap you will be able to look in the mirror and see a happier and confident men, not boy who gives himself away to his habit. For a start use your energy and time you use on PMO on things you are really interested in and on the friends and people you love. Read tips and succes stories, but remember, the most important thing is your dedication!
