Hey everyone, so I've been trying to overcome this addiction for a long time. I have been having less trouble looking at p over the last several months, though I do give in every once in a while. My question is this: do tv shows or movies that have sex scenes in them count as p/p subs? I am a huge fan of shows like "Game of Thrones" and "Spartacus" but they both have a lot of sex scenes. These shows don't make me want to m when I watch them, so I haven't been counting them as p and I don't feel guilty about watching them and feel no real need to reset after watching. So what do you guys think?

I don't reset after watching a movie that has sex/nudity in it. Just so long as you aren't watching the movie/show for the sole purpose of seeing the sex scene, or skipping through parts just to watch the sex scene, rewinding, etc. Just be careful not to make the decision of what to watch be based on whether or not the movie has sex in it. Also generally sex scenes in movies depict healthy intimate sex rather than fake, porn star no hands penetration action.

Ok well that's really all I wanted to know. I don't choose things based on whether or not it has sex, just a lot of things that I choose to watch happen to have sex scenes lol

I agree. It's the intent that counts here - just be honest with yourself about why you're watching those shows. If you can honestly say that it's not for the sexual stim then you're probably not putting yourself at risk.

  5. I don't think those television shows would count as a reset, but I would say that if you are experiencing duress as a result of them, I would start avoiding them for the duration of your reboot. While a non porn-addict might be able to appreciate the view without too many negative repercussions, I think it isn't a good thing for a rebooter to be exposed to.

There will always be reruns, box sets, torrents, etc. You can catch up after you have recovered :)
