I PMO'd just now. I'm still making progress towards my goals. For now though, I must go back to the 3 day challenge and begin again there. I will return here in a few days' time to begin this again.

 

Kinda ashamed ...relapsed today i think 7 day challenge is to much for me i will start with 3 day challenge...small steps at a time
