So yesterday I had the urge big time to look at porn and act on it but I didn't and that for me is progress. I noticed the urge but rather than react to it I watched it to see what happens and what surprised me most is how quickly the thoughts and sensations came and went. I realise I can't stop thoughts or walk around with my eyes closed all day but I can control my actions.
They will, just see them for what they are - bodily sensations. Don't try to push the thoughts away but just let them come and go.
