You Can! (My first ever 30 days)

Today I have achieved my first ever 30 days in my life!

I started nofap journey in January 2018 and have done some streaks 20-19-14-11-10-8-7 days, so my record before this one was 20 days.

I have been addicted to porn for 24 years and I have 2 very strong fetishes

Before I started nofap I used to watch porn 5-6 hours a day and fap 2-3 times a day. It was my medicine for loneliness, emptiness, inner traumatic pain from my childhood emotional deprivation and missing self-love.

I used to fail all the time and never thought I can achieve this. Many times I was crying, feeling like it is the lowest point of my life and I am not capable. But I always got up and keep walking the journey even though I didn't believe in myself as porn was stronger than my mind. I always had to build new momentum to start the count again and again. And here I am today. You can do it too my friends.

I am not going to speak about benefits at the moment as flatline hits me hard but I just wanted to tell you guys (the ones who haven't reached 30 days yet) You can achieve it. I am telling you. I was at my lowest and I was crying feeling like the biggest loser. Now I have shown to myself that I CAN. My next goal is 50 days and the next one is 90 days of hard mode.
