Try a porn blocked or website blocker and have someone else block it with their own password so you won’t be tempted to unlock access to these sites yourself. It helped me a lot to be honest to do so

I'm going to give you a less popular opinion: You should be able to look at Hentai without being in danger of relapsing. Then you know you're on the right path.

Seems counter-intuitive? Well it isn't. See things like porn-blockers send a psychological message to you. The message is "I don't trust myself".
Well why? "Because actually I still want this and I don't want to let go. So I might watch it anytime, all I need is a trigger."
You're basically telling yourself you still want it, that's why you have to stop yourself.

If you want to become free you have to stop wanting it. It's not enough to desire to stop. That just means you're partly convinced of the downsides of porn. But you're also still convinced of the upsides. As long as that's the case relapse is waiting for you.
The relationship between porn and a man is complex, just like with a real woman. So you can't just ignore it or think it away.
You have to face it. Understand what it means to you. Understand what it offers exactly and why you want it. Only then you can start turning away from it.

  6. i guess you are right but as of right now i never even want to get close to it
but i think i know what you mean
it is something so unrealistic yet my mind craves it i know all of this shit is fake yet still i comeback to it i guess somewhere deep down i convinced my self that it does not hurt anybody but i know for a fact that it hurts me mentally as well as physically

That’s a very fair argument. I apologize I should have explained more clearly. Everyone is different and for me this has worked well enough so far. The reason I know is because I have access to two equally fast computers and a smartphone but one of these two computers doesn’t have as many of these sites blocked and so theoretically if I were to have any urges ( which I admit I have had a few due to unexpected images streaming through my twitter feed by friends of mine I follow), then I could use the computer with less restrictions to search for said P for satisfaction. But for me, I know I’ve had a degree of success with the porn blockers/website blocker is that I know I could search on the less restricted computer, but I don’t want to anymore. Mostly it’s because I’ve at least built up a semi-habit to not wanting to (hence my streak) and just being more aware due to meditation and personal reflection every day why I don’t want to fall back into PMO. So basically I guess my suggestion is to use it as an aide temporarily until it becomes like a habit and see what your reaction is to an unexpected image via being more aware. It’s not an end all be all solution like @ZenAF mentioned

Let's call it Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), he can eventually achieve it through CBT, but as a man, he will still have blue balls and urges to go further as he is a normal sexual being, so therefore dopamine will be always pushing him to act further.

But it is good to build resistance, but it is stupid to intentionally then look at those images to cause blue balls all the time. But at least the fear of relapse will disappear.

Yes I agree, there's no point looking at it all day just to prove yourself that you won't relapse. But still I think triggers shouldn't make you afraid, because that's a sign that you're not serious about quitting yet.
