day 4 aniexty fading

    Im only day 4 and nofap is killing my aniexty. My aniexty has been reduced already from taking up nofap cant wait for a whole week of benefits. I feel like i was more social with my family today and for someone who suffers from social aniexty this could be the root cause to all this.
