Almost relapsed after 9 days

  1. I have been drinking a little today and I think it activated the chazer effect or something. I got the sickest urge this far in my soon to be longest streak in my life. I was lying in bed, ready to sleep and my toughts drifted off to something sexual. I got a huge, pulsating boner. It was like it tried to talk to me, lol. I think I actually mentally relapsed. I decided to give in, but didnt for some reason. I turned my sink on ice Cold and tried to get my boner Down. Probably the best thing I could have done. At first it seemed like my boner was resisting the elements. 6-7 minutes of ice Cold water and it was still hard :O I logged on to nofap and I think im safe for now after Reading for about 20 minutes. Hopefully I will join the two digits Club once again and beat my previous best tommorrow :) Wish me Luck!

    I feel ya man, when I'm laying in bed that's when they hit me the hardest. Try sitting up and reading a book or something, earlier today I was reading laying down and the thoughts and urges would come, then I'd sit up and they would pass...very strange, I think it has something to do with clothes/bed rubbing on my genitals when i'm lying down. You can do it man!

    You can do it!!!!!!! I am on day five which is my best in a while I am ashamed to say. I am bracing myself for an erection as I try to fall asleep soon, and remembering this post will help me. So thank you! Remember this also: I am desperate to make it to day nine. You've nearly made it to ten days! Don't let yourself give in. Guys like me are trying really hard to get to where you are; please please please continue to be a good example for us!

    Good luck, and well done. That is some will power you have right there! When getting into bed, i like to practice mediation, and focus on my breathing to help me to fall asleep. This takes away the urges!
