Erections getting weaker? Is this normal?

    So I've been doing nofap for almost 3 weeks now. Around the 12-17 day I was getting very hard erections just by thinking. These were the hardest erections I had in a while. They would also last a long time. Probably 5 minutes during my morning classes and 10-20 minutes at night. I was very optimistic because I started out in an instant Flatline and became pretty depressed. However, the last three days my erections have been getting weaker and weaker. Today I could only get erection about 60%! Why is this happening? Why is my PIED getting worse now?

    I'm a newbie here so take what I say with a grain of salt but I believe I read on the site that flatlines can happen multiple times during a reboot and are most common 2-6 weeks after beginning so, it may be nothing to worry about..

    Either way, congrats on your 3 weeks and keep going strong!

    Your going to need 3 to 9 months before you start freaking out over erections. Chill out and go the course. I didn't get better erections for months. Then it turned into a hog. At first so sensitive I could only last a few minutes wth the wife. Now I've regained control and I get the hard soft thing walking around all the time.

    Congrats on your recovery bro. I'm a newbie so I have some questions lol. How bad was your PIED nofap? What were some of your recovery signs? And how long did it take for you to start getting erections?

    Yes. A lot of people have superpowers when they begin. That's because the dopamine system lags behind. It's a firework when you as an addict suddenly quit. Then your dopamine system adapts by down regulating, as a result you enter a flatline.

  7. Has anyone by any chance noticed an increase in erectile strenght with technology abstinence (computer/smartphone)? Idk but the blue light and radiation coming from these devices seems to be messing with testosterone in one way or another. Just putting it out there.

    PIED was bad. I couldn't stay hard during sex. It took me about 6 months to see real improvement. Recovery signs are headaches improving, social anxiety gone, intersections wth women are much better.

    I'm thinking about trying kagel exercises. How much did it actually help you? Also did you just go on youtube and search up workouts?
