Day 7 of 7 so happy with my self lol

 

I need to start again with the 7 days challenge, but this time no porn subs as they ALWAYS lead me to relapse

 

I accept that I have a problem and do not believe that porn is normal and everything is ok, I hold myself to account for my behaviour and will not accept second best

Day 2, Kind of in my head thinking too much yesterday and today not sure if that is a cause from this but I will battle through.

No one answered my question so figured I would ask it again: Just wondering can I jump right in to this 7 day challenge and say I'm now on Day 6 of 7 since I came from the 3 day challenge a few days ago? Or do you have to complete start over at 0?
