Going about without the dopamine ><

    Hey guys. I've been 14 days practically on non-PMO. I still have to resolve this problem. Masturbation used to be my way to release anxiety, get motivated and become focused into my studies or work. It's not that I'm aroused or anything, but since I left it I can't find a replacement for this energy boost, or a way to switch back from procrastination to productivity. Coffee, or maybe chocolate would probably help a bit. Do you have any other tips? This is quite bothersome, since it was really my way of doing it.
    Hoping for some advice!

    Try having some cold showers to start off with.. 3 times a day nothing else try staying in the shower for as long as possible and breathe.

    Healthy food and gym yours going to be fine champ
