I'd say that you were sabotaging yourself.

The whole point of NoFap is to heal, and one of the reasons is so that you can get it up again.

There are ways to satisfy your partner while you have ED. Use them until your brain is able to excite you naturally again.

 

I don't think there is anything wrong with it if it allows you to have sex with someone you care about. It could be a huge positive to connect with someone in that way while recovering.

 

Blue pill simply causes blood vessel dilation that allows your penis to fill with blood more easily. There are health risks, if you have heart issues or take nitrates. These should be discussed with a physician.

I would not use it simply to masturbate with or without porn, or to even have casual sex. I would use it to have meaningful sex, though.
