Will smoking weed slow my reboot?

Me personally, I wouldn't.

In actuality, I don't think weed and PMO go hand in hand like the other vices (i.e Porn and Video Games, etc). It's really up to you. I've only smoked weed a couple time's in early college. Never liked it.

 

I don't have experience with weed, but i have experience with smoking, binge eating, youtube addiction...
I think that stopping too many addictions at once is dangerous, when i started nofap i also stopped smoking, started eating healthy, zero sugar...i wouldn't suggest that, if you do that you will probably break at a point, risking of getting back to pmo.

Stop one addiction at time, if you want to stop pmo, focus on pmo now, and try to stop weed next.

In my opinion is just like an afrodisiac, so not a great advantage. I recommend you to smoke it socially and out of the house, never alone.

i would not do it, weed makes you super horny and likely to give into desires so i would say dont, also weed screws with your memory and makes you lazy so its not really a good idea now if you want to do it like once a week i dont see an issue in that, just dont become a pothead.
