9 days done, and the toughest morning yet. Really strong urges that started with my mind wandering last night. Life has quietened down again, leaving too much time for my mind. Feel like fighting through this morning will make me stronger in the long run, fingers crossed!

FFS! I was feeling so good until this morning! Willpower failed me this evening Back to 0. Need to make sure I don't chase it now.
Day 4/21. The toxic person has left my life! I feel really light, and a lot has lifted off from my shoulders. I feel like I have more clarity on what I can do now.
