Hello again everyone, I'm currently on my 8th day of NoFap. Last night I had a very sexual dream (will not get into details of course) and the thing is that in the dream I O, but when I woke up a second after that I realized I hadn't O in real life. Is it possible to have sexual dreams without them becoming wet dreams? I'll write more updates of my journey as I see it fit or if something interesting happens.
Yes. But like actual wet dreams, they may trigger you. They're also often a sign of not controlling your thoughts during the day. What I mean is, practice not dwelling on random PMO-related thoughts that enter your head, and certainly don't fantasize. It's hard at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes almost natural. Good luck!
