    hello I am alpha and I am 27.I started masturbating and watching porn at the age of 12.i have masturbated for morethan 13yr consistently.I masturbate on a daily basis and it has affected my life severely.i have even noticed physiological disorders.i have anxiety and its like am going mad or crazy.i brain is tired.i am on antidepressants and i have premacture ejaculation.I also dont enjoy sex at all.i am tired of this habit and I want to stop that is why I am on this platform.

    Hey, sounds like you're in need of some change so hopefully you will find the support and inspiration you seek here. Also do you mind if I ask what you meant by "I am alpha" is that like, a nickname/group or are you just declaring how dominant you are to the rest of us dweebs? Lol.
