    1. My life became unmanageable and there was a hypocrisy with my values and my actions that I could no longer live with.

    2. By staying sexually sober I am the best version of myself and I feel more deeply without numbing myself with porn.

    1. I found myself watching something so humiliating and gross that I realized that what I initially thought was just a pleasurable vice was actually something darker and it had gone too far.
    2. The sense of dignity that comes with choosing more healthy outlets for sexuality and the insight to help others break free of pornography.
