Keep on marching on.

 

Yesterday, I rewrote the rules for the challenge completely so if you had a look at it yesterday you may want to have a look again. Now the rules are extremely simple and easy to incorporate into your daily routine. You just fill in the blanks in the sentence "After I ___, I will ___". I just added "After I enter the kitchen, I will clean up one thing". Hope to see you there

 

The first week is ending and my nervousness stays with me although I get things done more easily since I can't procrastinate with porn anymore. Monk mode for a married man is quite odd, but I will keep it along as possible. If I relapse because of my marital "duty" i will put the counter on PM.
That said, I know why i am here: Because porn brought me to estrangement from love, family and home. My love life has not existed in the last months, years and I was happily replacing it with myself, not stopping as I failed 4 attempts on Nofap in the beginning of 2018. I WANT TO SUCCEED.

10/90...stressed and frustrated today at work, but did my best not to take it out on anybody...told myself more than once “just don’t be an asshole”...now got a five mile run in, water massage bed, then the other job, which is less stressful...good luck today everyone, you guys are an inspiration
