90 Days and I'm on My Way to PMO Freedom for Good

Hi Fellow Fapstronauts,

5th February 2015 marked my 90th PMO-free day. I have never made it to 90 days without PMO for the past 48 years of my life (first started fapping at age 15). Urges did come and go, but I remain master of my own domain and no relapses happened. Depression and withdrawal set in from time to time too for lack of dopamine stimulation which otherwise would have been derived from masturbation or porn. Anyway, I'm glad that I am finally on my way to PMO freedom for good and I must say that I couldn't have made it without joining the NoFap Community.

Thanks seventyniner, yes I'm on unchartered territory from now on, and the feeling alone is great. I can actually feel the energy stored in my scrotum like a kungfu master !

Thanks Mr. A, Yes I will definitely keep it up. You remember how it feels, so you know the long-term benefits of abstaining from PMO absolutely outweigh the short-term (few minutes or seconds) pleasure ! Persevere and you will get there again.

Thanks jim2015, hope we can inspire each other in our fight against PMO. Yes, the feeling is great now that I'm 93 days strong PMO free. For the first time in 48 years I can feel the energy nicely trapped in my scrotum which otherwise would have been zapped through my own hands Keep up the fight and we'll make it !
