    Hi guys, I'm new in this forum and I've just subscribed to it


    The main reason I subscribed is that I want to see what happen if I stop masturbating and watching porn for a long time (more that one week).

    I'm not really sure if I am addicted to pornography or masturbation though, so I don't really know if this worth it...

    can someone share their experience or maybe give me some advice to recognize the
    symptoms of porn or masturbation?
