Best P blocker for IPhone?

    Hey guys, 6 days in recovery here. I’ve changed the DNS settings in my laptop (strongly recommend) so there’s no way I can use that. But the restrictions part of my phone isn’t working properly.

    Anyone know any good apps or anything to block P on a phone?

    Hey @James2222, the one I use is Pornblock plus (it has a red logo with a white X in a circle). Its pretty good but it isn't foolproof.

    They are all junk. But some people have had luck with pornblock plus

    While you’re breaking the habit though, it’s a good idea to make things harder for yourself.. have you heard of the availability bias? If you’re on a diet, but all you’ve got in the house when your hungry is fries.... then high chance you’re gonna break your diet haha
