Day 2 - No distraction no urges.. but phone sex moments stuck in my mind.it coming in mind again and again...feeli fe guilty for my past...I will bounce back..no doubt..

So glad I managed to control myself last night.

 

finally 1 week..just on the verge of relapse however successfully self-controlled.....long way to go

made it through day 2, still no crazy temptations yet, but im sure my mind will play tricks on me soon. its only a matter of time...

These things come and go, I used to fall for the idea that it would hound me until I gave in. Nope, it won't. If you just go about your life and leave it alone, it will go away before you know it.

 

Be patient with yourself, your effort will pay off if you keep going.
