I can get erections but I can't get aroused either, sometimes I do get aroused rarely tho. My penis has always been small in normal state but when I got aroused it became really big and thick but since It shrank it's less big and thick in erect form.
Oh please, what you're going through is something called a flatline. This is a normal experience you'll get after quitting a habit that's been in your life for some time. It's only temporary and it will end soon so don't give up. The reason this is happening is because your mind is not used to the changes it's going through. It's not used to getting it's usual fix so it's going to try to do whatever it can to get it's fix. That's why you get all these uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms such as a low sex drive and depression. Don't worry, I've had flatline that lasted for about 8 months after I quit PMO so you're not alone. Every fapstronaut has had to go through a flatline and it varies depending on the individual. If you want to speed this up, there are various methods you can try to ease all this pain such as: 1. Drinking lots of water 2. Meditation and yoga 3. Eating a healthy diet 4. Going to bed early and getting plenty of sleep 5. Getting plenty of exercise There are plenty more methods but these are a few that have helped me on my journey. NoFap isn't just about quitting PMO. You won't really get much benefits from just NoFap alone. There are many other factors as well such as the factors I mentioned above. Also, keep in mind that you're actually not a virgin... anymore.
