Hi everyone I’m new to nofap community and I don’t know how to start but I’m trying to quite masturbation and watching porn. Can someone please Explain to me what are the modes because I don’t understand them and I want to know.

 

Hi I just read a whole thing about the modes like pmo etc and so basically you set yourself a challenge of porn mastitabtok orgasm free for 90 days or less if you would like to and you dont masurbate, watch porn or orgasm for 90 or less days. I have done it before but not in proper way because I was still watching tv with sexual images which of course affected my brain and made me have the desire to watch porn etc. I can tell you that I have failed more than 20 or more times and I have been trying to hit the 90 days for about 5 months now and My longest NoFap lasted only 19 days I think and tomorrow is the day which I will be starting the challenge again hoping that I don’t fail.

 

I'm not sure about modes, but start by reading, sounds like you have? and getting informed as to understanding what's going on in our minds and why it can be a struggle, as well as the hope we have if we see it as a journey and how we can grow in greater virtues if we keep fighting the good fight.
