well bro, a piece of advice i learn on my own. boredom takes over when you´re not fully enjoying what you´re doing. you can see when boredom takes over: you´re zapping the tv, you eat shits, basically you´re doing something that you are not passionate about. one good way you can deal with boredom is ask yourself this: "right now, what do i really wanna do?" let the answer come or multiple answers, and go for what triggers you the most. even if you don´t feel like doing nothing, there´s always a little motivation for something, even if it´s only 5%. but go for it, go for the 5. the problem with boredom is that it puts a veil in your head, a dizziness, and you don´t see cleary what you really wanna do. that´s why it´s important to stop and look more deeply. after you finish that task you´ll feel your blood pumping again and energy comes back. after that it´s a rollercoaster of activities that will naturally pop up. just follow the trail
