I wanna start to do some 10 min meditation every day in my room but dont know exactly how to do it.... Or some good calming techniques that work?
Maybe Start with 40 seconds everyday during 1 week and implement slowly from then adding 2 min each week. After 3 months if you succeeded you will be meditating 30 min per day Stay strong we do this together
Some books may help you get an idea on it, but the best way to learn is just attempt and you will learn as you go. People in India, Tibet, Asia start with a spoonful of knowledge and meditate 6 hours a day. That's a beginner. More you practice the more you'll benefit.
