Summary of results: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1aoy.../viewanalytics Results Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...#gid=717323216 Findings: The Effects of nofap -Happiness, energy, confidence, and temptation are all low after one day. -Happiness, energy, and confidence drop significantly on the third day -Confidence rises from the 3rd day, leveling off between 30 and 60 days -Energy seems to rise as well, spiking between 60 and 365 days, then dropping to slightly above the normal after a year -Happiness drops at day 3 and 5 with spikes on 1, 2, 4, and 6 before rising to a spike between 60 and 90 days, after which it drops -Temptation is somewhat stable except for spikes on days 4 and 5, days 7-15, as well as between 60 days and a year of fapstainence -Although there were a range of causes for relapse after all streak lengths, Internet triggers made up about half of the causes of relapse after the longest dozen streaks I hope this helps, good luck to you all, and thank you for you input on both surveys.
