Short answer yes... longer answer is that fapping takes up so much time and everything else seems to be secondary to this disgusting habit. When you stop fapping to porn you gain the precious gift of time. This means there is time to do things we previously neglected. In my case that is attending events and having time for other people. Coupled with an increase in self confidence social anxiety should reduce.
I use to have social anxiety before back then I never did nofap. Recently my SA is pretty much minimal I'm still awkward at times mind you. But yes when I do nofap I feel more confident, sexy and I start to strut when I walk lol I'm not making this up I think the retention and possible increase in testosterone makes you feel a bit more bold.
No it has made mine much worse because it puts you in unfamiliar social situations due to confidence from NoFap. I’ve had to go on beta blockers to subdue the physical effects of panic attacks in social situations recently. It is a helpful tool for those situations where you’re talking to a female and lose the ability to speak and other motor skills.

Yes because i never put myself in those situations before NoFap. It was the can’t-lose-if-you-don’t-play attitude. Loser mentality.
