I seem to be one lucky fucker. My wife knows and is fully supportive. But then, she's been "hinting" that I might have "a bit" of a problem with porn/cybersex/M addiction for some time now.

I told three friends so far and they've all been overwhelmingly supportive. None of them are prudes, they are all pro sex and pro fun, even kinky. In fact quite experienced people when it comes to conscious and sacred sexuality. They all understand full well how toxic porn and other online stuff combined with masturbation can be. So I guess it depends who you talk to, how mature they are etc.

Anyway I personally wouldn't be quite as dramatic about the negative impact of PMO as OP, even though I firmly believe that there is a clear benefit and a point to quitting.

 

i totally agree ..people who dont want to give up porn present it as something which is just natural and beautiful. But i have seen the cost of it. Porn is worth nothing absolutely nothing, and yes it cost million more then it gives.

This is a very subjective topic. It seems that I am getting more attention from women but it could also be that nothing changed except that I became aware of their attention. It is really hard to tell.

The problem with medical professions it's not that they think fap is good or not, because it is if done with moderation "normally", but if it's abused, like we all have done if we are here, it's bad like everything else, you can drink too much water and die, the problem is the same.
