Day 4 halfway through. I saw this girl that really like at the gym today wheww . I had the urges when I got home but I should make it ready for day five.

I just relapse last night. I'm very sad and tired. How bad is it? How can i resolve the urge to watch porn? So i reset the day counter to 0

I’ve relapsed after my longest streak ever almost 90 days... I got urges, I was lonely and too stressed... I ended up loosing it ‍♂️... now I’m starting this challenge again... I don’t want to go back to the plight I’ve been through cause of PMO . Day 1...
