This is where a lot of us start. You need to step up and be the man she always thought you were. It is not going to be easy at first, but it is going to change your life for the better. Here are a few places you should start.
1. Check out the DVD "Helping Her Heal" by Doug Weiss. Buy it from his website. It's worth every single penny.
2. Consider buying one of his 12-Step recovery books as well.
3. Start doing some SAA telephone meetings. I personally like to use this site:

4. Find some in-person meetings. Go to this website and you can search based on your area:

5. Get a temporary sponsor. Someone who can teach you.

Most people will say "I'm not a sex addict. I'm a porn addict."
This may be true. But SA and SAA are both great places for porn addicts to be. Most of the people in the programs are solely porn users. Other have additional sexual behaviors that they act out with. But ALL of the people I have seen in group have at LEAST a porn addiction. There isn't anyone who has cheated on their spouse without being addicted to porn or who has used prostitute without first being addicted to porn.

If you want to keep your wife and become a better man than you ever have been before, do these things. And follow the simple steps. I promise you, if you do the steps, you will come out a better man.
