    Hello everyone, Its my fourth day, NoFap, being great. But no erection at all. Im recovering from masturbation adiction and porn. Did anyone have this problem? Im 34.

    I think you’ll find that it’s different for everyone. Just go with it and stay strong and keep going. Have you got yourself a prevention bag that you have on hand to help you when you feel triggard?

    Hi,
    It’s just something you can keep close to you. So if your acting out happens at home, just keep the things I mentioned close to you so you can get to quickly. If you act out when your out keep the items with you all the time.
