    Hi Guys
    im 38 old , been having porn addiction and masturbation for more than ...25 years now
    married and with kids ... but i have porblem with Premature Ejaculation ..cant sustain it for long period ...always want to ejaculate ..plus ...i dun feel good with masturbation , i feel always empty and out of energy and thoughts and any passion to do anything but to watch more porn and eat more sweets ...

    PLease tell me if there is any hope

    There has to be hope!
    I’ve just joined today. Been struggling for a few years now. Failed again last night trying to nofap. Only ever managed 30 days. So thought I’d join to help me.
    I’ve had ED with watching porn. Like you DarkoOo I’m married with kids. Been to prostitutes as well.
    I’m starting on Day 1 tomorrow. As been binging all day today. Don’t feel great about it.
    I hope we can all help each other.

    I can relate to a lot of what your saying. My staying power reduced significantly the more I played. I thought it would be the opposite. I hope you’re successfully able to get this under control before damage is done to your family
