Start over if you want to set a standard for yourself. Or else you will continue to relapse. It's really up to you to determine what is or isn't a relapse in my opinion.

things that count as relapses would be, 1 watching porn on purpose, 2 masturbating, 3 orgasm, if you have to ask than chances are you might have relapsed.

It’s really good you didn’t use P. Yes you reset your counter to 0 but it isn’t really like starting from 0. You’re starting from a more solid foundation than before.
