[60-CHALLENGE] THE SIXTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 21/60 and things are looking good; no urges for a pretty long time and I'm putting all of my time and effort into productive things - never felt better in my life!

 

Day 51 check in

 

I will - I should still be able to be done with this challenge on Christmas Eve, I think. So, that will be a nice little present to myself!

 

Day 9. I'm not too tired as often, like it was my day off and I would usually go for a walk and have a nap but no nap this time. Am having some crazy but dry dreams.It may be unrelated but I felt a little more confident and spoke up about something. After I said it, my mind was like (dude WTF? high five!). I'm trying to get back into dieting again, this time last year I started one and went down 40 lbs. Let myself slip the past few months so I'm getting back on this one. However, I find myself eating more. Snacking more. The appetite combined with said weight loss and trying to fill a hole I once filled with PMO. Exercise bike in my apartment will get some use!
