1/3 After a really stressful week, im back into starting again. I have noticed though that stress is a big trigger for me, though I didn't P I did FO But hey ho, off I go again. Gonna nail this crap I swear. Oh I also found not coming on here everyday was also helpful, just taking intermittent days completely away from everything related.
Day 2/3: I've been busy, so I missed the first two days of the challenge. Oh well, still going strong!
