When will libido return

For me it took about 5-6 months after cutting out M to get some semblance of a natural drive back. It certainly isn’t always there, but I also am not consumed or controlled by a need to O either. You might want to focus on finding your reasons for anger and depression, though, as well as come up with a strategy for dealing with them in a healthy way. I will always say depression is a deep sadness without reason. If that is truly your case you may want to seek a professional for dealing with it. Otherwise, you may have to look inward to understand why you are sad and address those causes or reasons head on. PA is a behavioral addiction, and there is more to those addictive self-soothing behaviors than just excessive PMO. They become clearer and easier to recognize once the brain fog lifts from cutting out P, and practicing regular M. I wish you luck on the next stage of your journey.

 

Yeah no relapses. I can’t say how much a relapse would put you behind, maybe a month or two. Also probably depends on if it was a reset, versus a full binge relapse. Everyone is certainly different.
