    Hey everyone,

I'm Frando (not my real name xD). I am an American teenager who's known about NoFap since I started fapping. I have been trying to quit and just relapsed twice after 40-something days of great progress.

During that last streak, I deleted my Snapchat and Instagram, reconciled with my girlfriend (we are having the best period in our relationship ever!) and had a mental clarity that I hadn't had since I was a kid.

The rest of my journey will be written here. I take my streaks 24 hours at a time - some days are smooth and some are rough. I will provide hopefully daily reports of my progress after resetting my brain.

  2. Welcome to the community. Relapses are not uncommon and considering your streak and your current state I would encourage you to not let it get you down. Learn from it and move forward with a stronger plan to avoid what tripped you up. If the reconciliation included opening up about what you were going through with her, stay open about these things.
    Best wishes for you both.

To be fair, this is my first time on the NoFap site itself. I've been a redditor on it for 4 years.

Yes I did open to her! Not having that secret totally released me emotionally. It's sooooooooooooo great! She is my accountability partner

  4. Great to hear, keep it up.

    MO'ed today.

Emotions were under control, and I took a really cold shower and had a great run.

6 days in! dont feel like complete poo. Have been off the phone but still struggling to stay off of youtube. It is a deep rabbit hole with a mix of education and somewhat triggering and dopamine spiking content.

  8. Stay strong. Try to keep your internet connection to when you are around other people, never alone.
