Alright day 7 is underway getting ready to move on to the 14 day challenge.

 

Day 1/7: Was really tired from the relapse it completely drained my energy. Feel like all my energy from my recent 13 day streak went away with the last relapses... It's frustrating but at the same time it gives a glimpse of the energy one can obtain from abstaining from PMO. Taking it one day at a time. Day 1 completed.
