I know it's a long shot, but using nofap as a way to possibly regrow some hair. Combining it with taking biotin, iodine and zinc, along with a healthy diet. Wish me luck brothers. I'll keep you all updated if anyone's interested haha. Here's me at the mo.
Quite a few have had success with this. I had some hair grow back after a few months with 2-4 week Nofap streaks. It's a slow process though (is for me at least). So leave the bullshit bin until you've gone at least 6 months.

Glad you've had some success, I was reading it can take up to and beyond 200 days of nofap If I get some hair regrowth it'll be worth it.
My friend had an op. They shaved all his hair then did something. He wore a cap for ages, couldn't expose his head to the sun. He was receding real bad. When he eventually took his hat off he looked like he had had a buzz cut real short with growth all over. Eventually a full head of hair on a proper hair cut. Might be worth looking into if you can afford. I have no idea of price I never looked
