Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

I will not use porn today as I am on day 2 of my 14 day no pmo. I plan to post every evening in this thread. After doing so, it really helps me remember my commitment to the 14 days.

 

I will not look at porn because it makes me value shallow sex over meaningful and worthy things in life

 

Today I will not use porn as an early morning walk in the bush with my dog is much better

 

I will not PMO today because I am the strongest person I know and I will deal with every shit that this stupid world has prepared for me.

 

Today I will not use porn because I don't want to find myself down that hole anymore.

Porn makes me tired and unfocused, and I need that focus so that I may become tired, physically and mentally, from the interesting challenges that lie ahead of me today. I want to be my best!
