I'm so upset that I had relapse yesterday simply because I wanted to go into 2015 with no PMO. The thought of me losing that challenge annoys me so much yo. I was on Day 10 too. But you know what I'm going to use my anger and frustration and turn it into something positive. My mindset right now is 20 days, 20 days you gonna get to 20 days. But the ultimate goal is to forget Porn all together. So yea 20 days is the first step. Peace

Hey man, sorry about the relapse. But it isn't a problem.

"The ultimate goal is to forget Porn all together" BINGO you got it! The fact that all these events and circumstances have brought you here, saying that, means that you are gonna be fine.

Keep that goal in mind, cut down on time spent on nofap as well. It is an indirect trigger if you are obssessing about "not fapping". Don't think about pink elephants: get the idea?

Good luck. Wait no scratch that. Luck has no part to play. The expression sucks.

    It's on you :)

This is precisely the reason that the 2015 Nofap challenge was fatally flawed. It is unfair to expect people to just go and quit on their first try, with little to no preparation or experience with trying to quit. One whole year can seem a very daunting task for someone only starting, and it's likely that many will quickly lose motivation, or focus etc. Setting a goal is all very well to start with, but it takes time, patience and dedication in order to see that goal through- one year in the case of the 2015 challenge.

Don't let this relapse get you down man! Ten days is a great start. Learn from this experience and see if you can improve on your streak this time round. You seem to have created a resolve to keep trying, and that's great. Never give up! Keep trying and you will, in time find it easier to abstain.

"Just because you failed, doesn't make you a failure, and just because you lost doesn't make you a loser. And what I did that most people are not willing to do is I just never gave up"

It's great to see that you are trying hard to get rid of porn forever- this is exactly what we should all aim for. And don't it too much about relapsing: you're working towards getting rid of porn which means you're on the right track.
@Some Randomer is right- don't focus too much on nofap since that itself becomes something that MAY lead you to relapse. In fact I've seen a video similar to that- a TED talk (I know we shouldn't take these too seriously but this relates too much to not watch it at least once) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2PP3p4_4R8
And I for one can say that so far it has helped me to not masturbate at all. I know I haven't really made it far enough to be giving a lot of advice, but it has been immensely helpful to just browse, watch videos (but not just any kind of videos, I mean videos relating to nofap and other areas you'd like to improve in)- especially about nofap experiences and success stories.
    Hope this helped!
All the best and may you succeed in your endeavor to quit porn for good.

Hey, don't feel upset bro. If it makes you feel better, I just relapsed last week and I didn't even commit to anything such as no PMO for a certain number of days or such. I'm going through a long period of no motivation right now, either because I'm bored, depressed, or something. I can't figure it out, but I'm going to get through this and so will you. Things don't stay bad forever. I wouldn't use your anger and frustration to make something positive happen; how can that be? Anger just leads to more anger and then you're just in a deeper rut. Find something positive in your life and embrace all the goodness in it. Let it be something you enjoy like exercising, listening to music, or volunteering. I've been there man. My last record of no PMO was 39 days and I plan on passing it with 45 days and beyond. Hang in there. I know what it's like.
